I am currently a student at Brown University with an interest in public health and medical anthropology. I have loved food and cooking all my life, and I consider kitchen creativity to be my favorite way to de-stress. When I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, my relationship with food completely shifted. While I now had new restrictions, I also saw it as an opportunity to expand my cooking capabilities in order to enjoy the foods I love without getting sick. I now eat a gluten free, paleo-based diet. When I'm not in the kitchen or studying, I love being active. I do CrossFit, play basketball, and enjoy spending time outside, especially with my two dogs.
