Analiese currently lives in Los Angeles. By day, she is a marketing communication manager for a software consulting company. Outside of work, it’s all about food. Analiese is the founder behind The Bacon Princess, a blog dedicated to gluten-free, dairy-free, and oftentimes Paleo recipes.Analiese also writes for a number of other publications.
