Frosted Flakes was my childhood choice of breakfast cereal. How could you resist the crunchy sugar-coated corn flakes? There’s a reason why it ranks as one of the cereals that college students are still obsessed with.
Frosted Flakes has been around for a very long time, so it’s time to change it up a bit. Forget eating your cereal in a bowl with milk. Instead, this flavorful raspberry and coconut pairing in pancake form will bring out the tiger in you on a whole new level.
Frosted Flakes Pancakes
Ingredients
Instructions
Make the pancake mix as directed on the box (ours said 1 1/2 cups of water, but use the amount on your box).
Pour pancake mix onto a hot greased stove pan. Sprinkle Frosted Flakes on top of batter. Flip when cooked. Repeat 5 times (or until you run out of batter).
As you stack your pancakes, spread desired amount of raspberry jam (store bought or make your own) and sprinkle coconut flakes on top of each pancake.
Scarf them down like a mighty, mighty tiger.
