  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.

    Grate or finely chop chocolate.

    Place a piece of parchment paper down on a flat surface and place a layer of puff pastry over it. Sprinkle with â…“ grated chocolate and top with another layer of puff pastry.
