Everyone who eats meat loves chicken. Chicken breast is super easy to cook and you can dress it up as much or as little as you like with different seasonings and spices. You cook it well done and maintain its juiciness.

This recipe is incredibly simple, but don’t feel bad about not knowing how to do it prior to watching this video. College is about learning and growing, especially when you realize that you need to be an adult and feed yourself properly. It’s a hard life.

 

Chicken Breast in a Pan

    Coat both sides of the breast with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Heat the second tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and then add the chicken breast.

    Cook for 10 minutes, or until the side are opaque.

    Flip the chicken breast over and cook for another 10 minutes.

    Remove from pan and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
