These Lucky Charms Pancake Cups Are Magically Delicious

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UFL chapter.

Growing up, my sister and I would fight over who got to eat all the marshmallows in the Lucky Charms cereal box. After finishing the marshmallows, our mom would refuse to buy a new box until we ate the cereal too. These Lucky Charms Pancake Cups are the perfect way to eat a box of Lucky Charms (okay, the marshmallows) and a whole bunch of pancakes too for a sugar filled breakfast.

Make pancakes following the directions on the box (our box said 1/2 cup of water, but follow what is on your box). Once cooled, rip the pancakes into bite sized pieces.

  3. Separate the whipped cream into multiple bowls and add food coloring to make each one a different color (you can choose your colors).

Alternate layers of whipped cream, pancakes and cereal in each cup. Top with the marshmallows.
