How to Make Cinnamon Pancakes out of Quinoa

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Chapel Hill chapter.

The internet has so many different ways to eat quinoa: sweet, savory, and everything in between. Prep a batch of quinoa and get ready to use it in these fluffy pancakes, which are a filling and nutritious substitute for from-the-box ones. Plus, they’re super customizable — substitute walnuts for chocolate chips, leave out the walnuts, top with this pecan syrup or add a pinch of ground ginger and cloves to make it taste like pumpkin spice.
