Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, put coconut flakes and pour over sweetened condensed milk. Mix until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until tips are golden brown.
In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until completely melted.
Once the macaroons are done, immediately transfer to a plate and drizzle with the melted chocolate.
