Instructions

  1. Natalie Beia

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.

  2. Natalie Beia

In large bowl, add eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.

  3. Natalie Beia

    Mix in the mayo.

  4. Natalie Beia

Alternately beat in flour mixture with water, beginning and ending with flour mixture.

  5. Natalie Beia

Grease and flower a 13x9u0022 pan and pour the batter in. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Natalie Beia

Wait until the cake cools completely and break it down into very small crumbles.

#SpoonTip: Place the cake in the fridge to speed up the chilling process.

  7. Natalie Beia

Add 3/4 of the frosting to the cake and mix with your hands. Roll cake into 1u0022 balls and place on a cookie sheet. Pop them in the freezer for 2-3 hours or overnight. (It is easiest to dip them in the chocolate when they are completely frozen).

  8. Natalie Beia

Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments. Be sure to stir!

  9. Natalie Beia

After the cake balls are frozen, dollop the melted chocolate on the spoon and add a cake ball.

  10. Natalie Beia

Use a separate spoon to spread the chocolate around on the cake ball. This will assure even coverage of chocolate.

  11. Natalie Beia

Add sprinkles and decorations before the chocolate hardens. Marvel at your confections!
