There are very few people in this world who do not enjoy a good cup of hot chocolate. It is the drink of the Christmas season. There are tons of variations which include ingredients such as Nutella, peanut butter, Bailey’s Irish cream, the list goes on. But hot chocolate is usually chock full of sugar which can be a problem especially during the holidays. However this healthy version is half the fat and just as delicious.
Healthy Hot Chocolate

Total time: 7 minutes
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a small sauce pan.
2. Heat on medium flame and stir frequently until ingredients are blended and milk is sizzling.
3. Pour into mug of your choice. Enjoy!
