Starbucks Is Closing Their Online Store, But There’s a Silver Lining

Sadly, it is true. As of October 1st, 2017, America’s beloved coffee chain will no longer sell products on their online store. Starbucks spokesperson Maggie Jantzen said to Business Insider that the reasons for closing the online stores include “amplifying Starbucks as a must-visit destination” and so that Starbucks can focus more on “commercial partnerships.” But until then, they are having a clearance sale with up to 50% off on products.

One of the awesome products you can buy includes a stainless steel water bottles in both solid colors and prints, which have gone from $22.95 to $16.07. Other products include stainless steel travel cups, coffee handle mugs, and Starbucks ornaments, with prices as low as $9.99.

While it will be sad not to be able to include Starbucks on our list of places to online shop anymore, at least this creates another excuse to actually go to Starbucks (not like we needed an excuse).
