Recreate Serendipity’s Signature Frrrozen Hot Chocolate At Home With This Recipe

The first few snowflakes of the season appeared in New York City yesterday. There is nothing that screams Christmastime in NYC more than snow and hot chocolate. However, due to the pandemic, many of us are unable to visit our favorite holiday destinations. While that might be sad, that doesn’t mean we can’t bring our favorite holiday traditions directly to our homes. Serendipity has made that possible for many by releasing the recipe for its iconic Frrrozen Hot Chocolate and you need to try it! 

Serendipity Brands Frrrozen Hot Chocolate Recipe   

Looking to recreate Serendipity’s iconic Frrrozen Hot Chocolate? Chef Joe Calderone has shared his recipe for the drink that is easy enough for anyone to try at home. 

Serendipity Brands Frrrozen Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup of milk

-1/2 cup of Serendipity Frrrozen Hot Chocolate Mix

-1 1/2 cup of ice

-1 large scoop of Serendipity Frrrozen Hot Chocolate Ice Cream

-Whipped Cream

-1 tablespoon Chocolate Shavings

-1 tablespoon of Red/Green Sprinkles

-1 tablespoon of white snowflake sprinkles

-1 sugar Holly Sprig

-1 Maraschino Cherry (optional)

Directions:

1. In a blender, add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of Frrrozen Hot Chocolate mix, and 1 1/2 cups of ice.

2. Blend to a smooth consistency.

3. Pour into a bowl, and place one large scoop of Frrrozen Hot  Chocolate Ice Cream on top.

4. Add whipped cream to top the Frrrozen Hot Chocolate.

5. Place snowflake sprinkles on top of the scoop of ice cream.

6. Add chocolate shavings and red/green sprinkles to top the whipped cream.
