Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Cookies for Sweet Cravings

Now that most of us are stuck at home, it seems that baking has become the perfect solution to boredom and isolation. With only four ingredients, these peanut butter cookies are a great option for a quarantine treat. Plus, they are quick and simple to make. So once all of this craziness ends and we go back to our usually busy lives, they’ll still be a go-to cookie. 

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. With an electric mixer, beat sugar and peanut butter until well mixed.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add the baking soda.

    Add the egg and baking soda mixture to the sugar and peanut butter and beat well.

    Make large teaspoon sized balls of dough (or slightly bigger if you’re wanting bigger cookies) and place one inch apart on the baking sheet.

    Using a fork, make criss cross patterns on the cookies and flatten them out.
