College is the best time to eat your favorite snacks and discover new ones. While eating a pint of Ben & Jerry’s sounds nice every once a while, I found my new favorite go-to snack: Pretzel Crisps. I have had the chance to try many of their delicious flavors and wanted to give you my top five.
5. Original
There is nothing more satisfying then biting into a a pretzel. The sweet and salty flavor and the crunch call for the perfect snack. The ‘Original’ Pretzel Crisps are perfect for those who are want something plain and light whether it be during a movie or as a late-night snack. They even taste great with peanut butter, hummus and cheese dip.
4. Buffalo Wing
If you’re craving buffalo wings, but don’t have them nearby there’s no need to fret. The ‘Buffalo Wing’ Pretzel Crisps are a lighter and crispier substitute. The best part is you don’t have to worry about getting any sauce on your hands. I tried these Pretzel Crisps on Super Bowl Sunday with a bleu cheese dip and I was hooked. I normally don’t enjoy eating spicy foods, but I do like pretzels so it worked out. I would recommend having a glass of milk handy or a teaspoon of sugar to minimize the intensity if you’re not used to it!
3. Garlic Parmesan
This is one of my favorite flavors because I absolutely love garlic and cheese. The flavors complement each other very well and it looks incredible next to a cheese spread or vegetable platter. It feels like you are eating a fancy snack because it tastes similar to something you would eat at your favorite Italian restaurant.
2. Everything
These Pretzel Crisps are everything! See what I did there?! No, but really. If you like everything bagels, then this pretzel is the one for you. The sesame seeds and poppy seeds give the pretzel a unique flavor with that familiar crunch. I recommend pairing these with perhaps melted butter or some type of cheese dip.
1. Honey Mustard & Onion
Honey mustard is one of the most popular condiments and pretzels are one of the most popular snacks. Put these together and voila you have ‘Honey Mustard & Onion’ Pretzel Crisps. These pretzels are sweet and tangy, but in the best way possible. If you don’t like onions, I’m not sure if you would enjoy it, but it is more of a hint of onion.
