A Definitive Ranking of Ohio State Pizza

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at OSU chapter.

Back to school means returning to your favorite places to eat on campus. Ohio State’s campus has some pretty great food. While many people think pizza can’t be good in Ohio, these places might prove you wrong (unless you’re from New York). Find out the real ranking of Ohio State pizza.

1. Adriatico’s

You know when you see a huge rectangular pizza box from Adriatico’s you’re gonna have a good time. The dough is chewy, the cheese is melty, and the toppings are plentiful. This cute little place sure knows how to do pizza.

#SpoonTip: Use your BuckID to receive a 20% discount.

2. Sicilia’s

The perfect place to eat after a night out. Go in, grab a slice, and go home. Or stay out, it’s really up to you. Sicilia’s is great for simple, good pizza.

#SpoonTip: Eat it while it’s hot. Pretty much on your walk home.

3. Domino’s

Sorry Donato’s lovers, Domino’s is the better chain. The toppings and options are endless here. Domino’s always has great deals that will make it so easy for you to pick up the phone and order a pizza. Or two.

#SpoonTip: Walk to the store to pick up the pizza. It’s really not that far and the pizza will be in your hands much faster.

4. Blaze

Blaze is a great option for meeting friends for dinner or if you want to limit yourself to a personal size pizza. The signature pizzas on the menu are all delicious, or you can customize your own pie.

#SpoonTip: Use Tapingo to order so you can use your BuckID.

5. Donatos

Ohio is the home of Donatos. While Donatos may not be the best option, it is conveniently located across from campus. You can usually find Donatos packed after game day. Donatos constantly has great deals to save your bank account.

#SpoonTip: Download the Donatos App to make ordering easier.

6. Catfish Biff’s

Catfish Biff’s may just be known as the place for drunk pizza, but for some students, it’s the best pizza on campus. Most people on North campus don’t typically venture out to Catfish Biff’s, but buying by the slice is the way to go.

#SpoonTip: You might find your friends here.

7. Papa John’s

Sure Papa John’s is another chain, but its location on campus makes it a prime spot for grabbing pizza.

#SpoonTip: Go to Woody’s in the Ohio Union for a similar option.
