Tired of having only basic, bland vegetables with no sauce because everyone says it’s much healthier with no added flavor? Try something completely different with these zucchini fries!
Having roasted cauliflower or the usual grilled asparagus is fine, but why not have a little bit more fun in the kitchen? I personally love fries so much that I would marry them, but because I can’t do that and really shouldn’t eat them all the time, I came up with something different—veggie fries.
I used zucchini for this recipe but any vegetable would work just as fine. This healthy and delicious snack couldn’t be any easier and my steps will be here beside you the whole way. Try it yourself and see what you think!

Slice zucchini into fries.
Dip cut zucchini into eggs and then into breadcrumbs.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
