Dutch Baby with Blueberries

Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet inside oven, and preheat to 475°F until the skillet become hot. Don’t forget to use an oven mitt!
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, then add milk, then flour.
Remove skillet from oven and lower temperature to 425°F. Melt butter in skillet until the whole pan is coated.
Pour batter into skillet and return to the oven. Cook for 12 min.
Remove skillet and top with powdered sugar, lemon, and blueberries. Enjoy hot!
Truffle Avocado Toast Topped with an Egg

Toast bread to desired crispiness. Crusty, fluffy bread usually works best.
Mash avocado!

Spread avocado on toast and sprinkle with salt.
Heat up oil in skillet. Once hot, crack egg in the middle of the pan and cover until cooked.
Top avocado toast with the fried egg and sprinkle generously with truffle salt.
