    Spray your pan with non-stick spray and bring to medium heat.

    Crack your egg directly into the pan.

    Literally wait it out. If you don’t plan on making this egg ~over easy~, give it roughly 3-5 minutes to make sure the egg is cooked through.

    Your egg is done once the whites are completely opaque and the edges start to brown.

    Carefully remove the egg from the pan (don’t break the yolk), add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
