Are you lactose intolerant, vegan, or just not into the whole dairy scene? Well, you can kiss your dairy worries goodbye, because Talenti has got the solution! This past week, Talenti debuted their fifth “sorbetto” flavor– “Peanut Butter Fudge” — and believe me, it’s all the rage!
Like the Chocolate, Roman Raspberry, Blood Orange, and Alphonso Mango flavors in the “Sorbetto” line, Talenti’s Peanut Butter Fudge Sorbetto is rich, creamy, and completely milk free (unlike Ben and Jerry’s Non-Dairy flavors that contain an almond milk base.)
So, uh, what’s in the Peanut Butter Fudge Sorbetto?
Traditionally, sorbets are made with fruits, but Talenti has completely revamped the renowned frozen dessert. The Peanut Butter Fudge Sorbetto’s primary ingredients: water, peanuts, sugar, coconut oil, cocoa, sea salt, and vanilla extract, work together to create a creamy, decadent consistency like that of a gelato–minus the milk.
Oh, and the PBF Sorbetto is also reported to contain 30% of real peanut butter. That’s right, you read that correctly: 30% of peanut butter! And, let’s not forget about that swirl of chocolate fudge. However, if you’re not a peanut butter lover, Talenti’s got a well stocked “sorbetto” line.
What’s not to love?
Talenti takes pride in their products and the work they do to make sure they’re safe to eat. All products are naturally colored, are mostly gluten free, and are sweetened without the use of high fructose corn syrup. Instead, Talenti uses sugar cane to sweeten their gelatos, sorbettos, and gelato pops.
In addition to taking care of the products that go inside their containers, Talenti’s packaging is environmentally friendly and BPA-free. So, they’re perfectly reusable for all of your container needs! What are you waiting for? Grab a spoon, your preferred, quart, pint, or pop and dig in!
