Apples and Peanut Butter’s Ultimate Glow Up: Reese’s Apple Pops

Who doesn’t like apples and peanut butter? Honey, you’ve got to try these Reese’s Apple Pops. They combine your favorite snack into a portable treat. Plus, they’re “healthier” than regular Reese’s with all the taste, so let us rejoice.

Reese’s Apple Pops

  1. In a small pot, add butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter. On medium heat, melt until smooth, about 5 minutes.

  2. Reduce heat to low, and add in 1/2 of confectioner’s sugar to PB mix. Stir until well combined. Add in rest and fold until well combined. Turn off the heat and let it cool.

  3. Slice Granny Smith Apples into about 1/2 inch slices. Poke out the seeds and stick in a popsicle stick.

  4. In a shallow bowl, add in chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second increments for 2 minutes, stirring.

  5. Apply cooled PB spread to apples, and dunk in chocolate. Set on a waxed tray and allow to cool in the fridge (15 minutes) or freezer (10 minutes). Enjoy!
