Living in first-year residence means saying goodbye to my mom’s cooking and start feeding solely on Rez food (which everyone low-key understands how much they suck). Without an access to a kitchen, not to even mention an oven, it is nearly impossible for me to cook anything fancy.
Yet, one day whilst having some granola clusters cereal for breakfast, I stumbled upon chocolate chips and dried fruits in my (snack) inventory and thought, “Why not spice ’em up a little bit?”. I ended up mixing the left-over ingredients in a bowl and glued them together with honey and PB. That’s how I brought this great no-bake granola breakfast treat to life, all done within 10 minutes.
