Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Elizabeth Budd

Add your artichokes into a bowl and combine them evenly with the cooked spinach.

  2. Elizabeth Budd

Add in the mayonnaise and ricotta cheese, and mix it well until combined.

  3. Elizabeth Budd

Add the parmesan and only half of the mozzarella cheese. Then, add in the garlic powder and red pepper flakes.

  4. Elizabeth Budd

Begin cutting out the pizza dough into about 3 inch squares. They don’t need to be perfect!

  5. Elizabeth Budd

Add in the spinach-artichoke filling into the middle of each square of dough.

  6. Elizabeth Budd

Begin wrapping the dough around the center of the spinach-artichoke mixture to create balls of dough. Try to get rid of as much excess dough as possible, as this will prolong your baking time.

  7. Elizabeth Budd

Add the dough balls into a medium size mixing bowl and add the olive oil and the remaining mozzarella cheese. With your hands, evenly incorporate the olive oil and cheese to all of the dough balls.

  8. Elizabeth Budd

Take the dough-ball and cheese mixture and add it to your baking dish.

  9. Elizabeth Budd

Bake for about 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
