These Roasted Caramel Pear Cups Are a Seasonal Treat

Roasted caramel pear cups — even the name sounds delicious. With a flakey golden outside and a gooey, warm, and sweet inside, what more can you ask for? Not only are these incredibly simple to make, they are the perfect dessert bite. In just a few minutes, you will have a wonderful treat.

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Place individual phyllo dough squares in muffin tin and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden.

    Place melted butter in a baking pan then add brown sugar on top and place the pears face down on the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until tender.

    Remove from the oven and cut the pear into cubes. Then put the pear caramel mixture into the individual cups.

    Put a dollop of sour cream on top and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cups.
