Chop bananas.
Combine all ingredients in a blender, except for the walnuts and blueberries.
In a plastic bag, crush walnuts into smaller pieces but don’t reduce to crumbs.
Pour batter directly from blender onto buttered or nonstick skillet. Add walnut pieces and blueberries to each individual pancake as desired. Cook each side until golden brown.
Take pancakes off the heat, top with maple syrup and fruit, and enjoy.
