Ah a nice Thai-insprired pasta salad. Sounds like something my mom would whip together and I would undoubtedly disregard the work that goes along with it. However, it also something I would never have thought of myself (that is unless it comes in an easy Mac variety). However, with Chef’d and Spoon University’s new meal kit, gourmet meals like this are made easy enough for us kitchen-shy college folk.
With recipes so easy, you could master them even in your easy-bake oven self days, and meals so tasty, even your parents will be impressed, you will never see the grocery store again. With just a taste of what’s to come for the first ever meal kit designed specifically for college kids, this recipe was as easy as could be and tasted like some gourmet sh*t.
Peanut Noodle Salad
Ingredients
Instructions
Slice the cucumber very thinly.
I’m not kidding, this cucumber was so fresh, you would be shocked to know it was shipped across the country to my doorstep.
Thinly slice the green onions, set aside.
Combine Teriyaki, Sriracha, peanut butter, and rice wine vinegar to make sauce
With meal kits, you don’t have to worry about adding the wrong amount of spices and sauces to your recipe, because everything is measured out for you. Simply cut open the bag and squeeze it in, your work is done.
Cook pasta.
This is one thing I did know how to do, thanks easy Mac.
Combine pasta, sauce, cucumbers, and sliced carrots
Either serve warm or chilled- up to you, and both 10/10.
