How to Make the Potato Chip Cookies You’ve Always Dreamed of

When the weather gets brisk and cold, there’s nothing better than some cookies and hot chocolate curled up in a blanket. Try this unique potato chip cookie recipe that will remind you of the snow falling outside your window without having to leave your house to enjoy it.

Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pounds butter
• 2 cup sugar
• 3 cup flour
• 2 cup crushed potato chips
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• Powdered sugar

Instructions

1. 
   

   Add all ingredients except powder sugar to a mixing bowl and mix dough together until consistent.

2. 
   

   Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 min at 325°.

3. 
   

   Remove from oven after 20 min or cookies are lightly brown and cool on wire racks.

4. 
   

   When cool, sift powdered sugar over tops of cookies.

5. 
   

   Enjoy!
