Juicing: Farmers’ Market Edition

Well the sun has finally come out, and you know what that means… The Farmers’ Market is back! Featuring freshly baked goods, artisanal treasures, and lots and LOTS of fresh vegetables, the weekly market never seems to disappoint. So, with all this fresh produce finally available, what better way to enjoy it than to juice! Here are two easy recipes that you can make with all the new vegetables in season.

Green Carrot Juice

Easy

Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
3 large carrots (or 6 little ones)
2 red apples

Juicing

Directions:
1. Wash all the ingredients and peel the carrots.
2. Process the ingredients through a juicer.
3. Shake or stir and enjoy!

Pink Beet Juice

Easy

Ingredients:
1 bunch bok choy
2 green apples
1 beet
