1 large poached (or grilled) boneless, skinless chicken breast
¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
¼ cup diced celery
½ cup craisins
¼ cup diced walnuts
Directions:
1. Dice the chicken breast, celery and walnuts into small pieces.
2. Mix the diced chicken into the Greek yogurt until fully coated.
3. Add the chopped celery, craisins, and walnuts.
4. Mix all ingredients.
