This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Marquette chapter.

S’mores cravings don’t end when September hits, so why stop? With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a plateful of gooey treats to keep you company during those long study (or procrastination, we won’t judge) sessions. Next time the craving hits, snuggle up by the (indoor) fireplace with these holiday-spiced s’mores.

I made these for my family over Thanksgiving break and they were a huge hit. They’re especially great because they look gourmet, yet they come together easily in 10 minutes. Now that we’ve started with winter s’mores, the possibilities seem endless. Think salted caramel, chocolate peppermint and white chocolate-cherry!

Whip these up for your next ugly sweater party and prepare for the compliments to roll in.

Hello, my name is Sophie. I am a lover of peppermint, owner of a poodle named Margaux, and excessive user of the EM dash. My favorite things are running, coffee, and the smell of laundry. If you like dark chocolate and/or Netflix, we will be great friends.
