For those either from New York or if you just wish you were, you know that one of the most amazing desserts on Earth is a cannoli. The outside is a flaky fried hollow shell and the filling is creamy and decadent. If you’ve never had one, now is the time! Start with this easy and cheap recipe to cheat your way into the best cannolis possible. The secret is going to your local grocery store and just buying a dozen empty cannoli shells.

4. Evenly squeeze the paste into the cannoli shells, we filled one side at a time because its way easier that way and as college students we take the easy way out whenever possible.
