Surprise Santa This Year With a Plate Full of Christmas Cookie Pizzas

Treat Santa right this year with something extra special to snack on. Let’s face it, eating plate after plate of cookies can get ho ho hum. So swap that cookie dough and icing for pizza crust and cheese to make this Christmas cookie pizza recipe that is purely magical.

The big man will thank you. Don’t be surprised if you find some extra goodies under your tree in the morning. (And you can save the regular cookies for yourself.)

    On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough 1/8u0022 thick.

    Use your favorite Christmas cookie cutters to cut out shapes from the dough. Place on a baking sheet.

    For the Christmas tree, spread on some pesto for greenery and top with mini pepperoni ornaments.

    For the stocking, cover the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle the top with a mozzarella cuff.

    For the star, spread on a thin layer of alfredo sauce and top with yellow cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, until the crust begins to brown.
