I couldn’t make a Christmas cookie list without the inclusion of the gingerbread cookie. Baked with ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon, these Pepperidge Farm ginger men-shaped cookies are not as traditional as some. But, that does not mean they are not as equally yummy.

6. Pinwheel Cookies

The cinnamon sugar, which is rolled into the sugar cookie, adds a nice texture, and the cream cheese icing is a great finishing touch. These cute little cookies will satisfy your sweet tooth for sure. In case you need a tutorial, here’s one.

Everyone knows what kind of cookie I am talking about. Pillsbury sells these cookies at every grocery store during any Holiday, and they are the things I look forward to most. On Christmas, these round sugar cookies have Christmas trees or Santa’s on them, and they are sold out in seconds. They are so tasty and are ultimately the essence of Christmas.
