These Rainbow Jell-O Cubes Look Almost Too Good to Eat

We all know a balanced diet includes a wide array of colors consisting of various fruits and vegetables. When those ~natural~ colors just aren’t cutting it, these rainbow Jell-O cubes have got you covered. They feed an ungodly amount of people making them perfect for any large gathering. Pop a square in your mouth and be taken right back to your childhood because these taste like straight-up fruit snacks. Share with friends and enjoy.

    In a bowl, mix together one package of flavored gelatin with one envelope of unflavored gelatin. Them, pour in 1 cup of boiling water and stir. Let it cool for 3-5 minutes.

    Pour this mixture into a pan coated with cooking spray.

  3. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes until the Jell-O has set.

    Next, mix the condensed milk and 1 cup of boiling water together. In a separate bowl, pour 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin over cold water. Let it sit for 1 minute. Pour in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add this mixture to the condensed milk mixture.

    Pour 1 cup of the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the first Jell-O layer. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Repeat steps 1-5 twice, alternating the different flavors of Jell-O with the condensed milk layers.

    After pouring on the final Jell-O layer, let it chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
