This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Northeastern chapter.

One of my favorite parts about fall is the return of pumpkin foods. It seems like every year there are more and more pumpkin flavored drinks and snacks, and I always find myself looking for and trying the latest ones. So when I discovered butterscotch pumpkin cheerio bars, you can say I was pretty excited.

Using the simplest of ingredients, this no bake snack bar is both satisfying and the perfect on the go snack for the next time you’re running late to class or need a midday pick me up.
