By this point, I think we’re all familiar with the healthy 3-ingredient pancakes that have swept the internet. As delightful as those may be, sometimes I’m looking for a bit more oomph in my pancakes. Please your body and tastebuds with these super quick and extra satisfying oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes. And guess what, they’re gluten-free. Hard to believe, right?
 
					Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
Instructions
 - In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. 
 - In a different bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, almond milk, egg, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. 
 - Next, pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix them well. Stir in the chocolate chips. 
 - In a well-greased pan, pour in a 1/3 of batter to form the pancakes. Cook each side for 5 minutes. 
 - Stack ’em high and drizzle syrup on top. Dig in.
