These popular cookies are a hit at Magic Carpet food truck, where I often see people throwing singles in exchange for the desirable vegan treats. Well, I have good news for you: now you can make them at home! Try this recipe to make a healthy, simple mock-cookie so that you can save your dollar for the day and have your house smelling pretty damn good.
