Forget the Bread, Avocado Potato Toasts Will Change Your Life

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at BU chapter.

Avocado toast is a delicious and popular snack that requires bread. A sturdy piece of toast that doesn’t fall apart under the pressure of a mountain of avocado is essential to its success. For those who can’t or choose not to eat gluten, finding a good bread substitute can be next to impossible.

A lot of these unsatisfying products don’t resemble their glutenous counterparts and crumble to pieces, especially when toasted. Instead of being disappointed by lackluster gluten-free bread, try your toast on crispy, starchy, golden potato slices. You’ll never go back to regular bread again.
