This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UVA chapter.

Though store-bought hummus and salsa is almost always a good call, sometimes I’m looking for a little more than vacuum-sealed plastic containers filled with my favorite spreads. To expand your collection of global dips and spreads, I recommend adding this Italian Parmesan spread to the rotation. Though you can’t buy it in the grocery store, I promise this recipe is almost as easy as opening your favorite store-bought guac and will change the way you cater pregames for the rest of your college career.
