Hot Pockets are the ultimate after school snack or a treat you can reach for late at night. You have mastered the “unwrap, microwave, and eat” way of life, but every frozen food lover has to grow up. Although I will always love the frozen snack, making your own is much tastier and way better for you. This recipe will allow you to still enjoy the hot and cheesy goodness in your own kitchen.
Thanks to store-bought pizza dough, homemade hot pockets are easier to make than they look. They also freeze really well if you end up making them ahead of time. I filled mine with ham and cheese, but any flavors like broccoli and cheddar or pepperoni and mozzarella would also work.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet, roll out the pizza dough, and cut it into quarters.
Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese and diced ham on top of each piece of dough.
Fold over one end of the dough to the other end and pinch the edges shut.
Spread the tops of the dough with melted butter. Place in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
When done, let them rest for 2 minutes and then enjoy.
