How to Make Mozzarella Tater Tot Bombs in 20 Minutes

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at BU chapter.

I didn’t think it were possible to make tater tots more perfect but thanks to the internet recipe gods I have learned otherwise. Stuff gooey mozz to any dish and you will probably come up with something magical, tots included. I don’t know about you, but I had 3 unfinished bags of frozen tots lingering in my freezer and this recipe was the perfect fix.

SpoonTip: Make sure your tot balls are firm from a few minutes in the fridge or freezer before you try frying them or else they will fall apart. Also, when making your nest, then bombs, make sure to squeeze them tightly to ensure no extra liquid is present that may cause them to crumble apart in the frying process.
