3-Ingredient Oreo and Marshmallow Lava Pie

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Binghamton chapter.

When I planned to write an article about s’mores and ways to transcend the basic chocolate-marshmallow-graham cracker recipe, I didn’t anticipate my intense intrigue found while swirling chocolate and marshmallows together. I ditched the graham crackers for an Oreo, and bumped the chocolate bar for chocolate syrup. The result? A molten, mouthwatering chocolate lava pie that’s easy to make and a fast-asking to cause a sugar rush.
