How to Make Next-Level Peach Coconut Banana Bread

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Georgetown chapter.

Summertime sadness = pounds of peaches about to go bad. Luckily, this summered-up version of classic banana bread makes sure you don’t commit the eighth deadly sin and let all that peachy goodness go to waste. Up the summertime vibes by adding some coconut to the mix, and you’re well on your way to fruity bliss. Is it just us, or can we hear the waves crashing with each bite?

#SpoonTip: Customize this recipe by subbing whatever fruit is in season. Strawberry-banana bread? Hell yes.
