Yesterday, Yum Brands – the company that owns Pizza Hut – announced major changes to the restaurant’s choice of ingredients.

By March 2017, they promise to stop using meats with BHA or BHT, cheeses with artificial preservatives, and chicken with antibiotics. Last year in January they provided a gluten-free crust option, and now they’ve lowered sodium amounts as well as nixing MSG and artificial trans fats.
