If You’re Gluten Free, This Is the Donut Recipe for You

Doughnuts are being incorporated into just about every food that exists. Doughnut shops are popping up and articles are being published every day claiming they’ve found the next best donut.

But what about those of us who can’t rejoice in this food revelation. Ever find yourself drooling over all of the gluten-y hybrids you can’t eat? Now, you too can experience for ourself why doughnuts are the best thing ever.

 

 

Gluten Free Donuts

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Butter the doughnut pan and preheat oven to 400°F.

    Pour doughnut mix into a bowl. Add milk, egg and 1/3 cup melted butter.

  3. Mix until combined.

    Spoon batter into doughnut pan, filling each cup 1/2 full.

    Bake 9-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  6. Pour topping mix (cinnamon and sugar) into a shallow bowl or plate.

    Put melted butter in a separate bowl.

    Remove doughnuts from the pan while still warm. Gently brush each with melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
