Line a shallow pan with parchment paper. An 8 inch square pan is best for this recipe.
Crush your Oreos in a ziplock bag.

In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and condensed milk. Melt in the microwave, stirring after 30 second intervals.
Add crushed Oreos and stir gently.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread easily.
Let fudge cool at room temperature, then place in the fridge for 45 minutes to an hour.
Cut into small squares and store in an air-tight container.
Serve immediately or store in airtight container!
