These Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Potatoes Will Up Your Breakfast Game

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? So why not spice it up! Fill a potato bowl with all your breakfast favorites. It’s so easy, you could even take it on the go. But be prepared when the yolk breaks loose!

Baked Eggs and Bacon in Potato

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut off top third of each potato lengthwise.

    Use a spoon to carve out the middle of the potato, forming a bowl.

    Place 1/2 tbsp. of butter in each bowl then crack an egg in each.

    Top with bacon, cheese, and parsley. Then season with salt and pepper.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
