Can you believe it’s already April. And by almost spring, I mean almost summer. T-minus 20 days until Pepperdine students (or at least abroad students) are set free to populate the beaches, trendy restaurants and overpopulate our favorite healthy acai bowl shop, SunLife Organics.

I think this the end of the year calls for a celebration. Kick off the countdown to summer with this awesome guide to honor every food holiday this month.
