Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Sage and Portobello

Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side and cover with garlic salt and pepper.
Cut portobello into bite-sized pieces and chop onion. Add portobello, onion, broccoli, ginger, sage, vinegar and oregano to the pan.
Fry until portobellos have softened and chicken is completely cooked. Serve with rice.
