This 5-Minute Mug Pizza is the Ultimate College Food

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at IU chapter.

Recipes that you can make in a mug whether they are sweet or savory, are always clutch when you are on a budget/super busy. So why not make your all time favorite college staple at home for a fraction of the price? Pizza in a Mug just might be one of the best inventions of our generation. It’s fast, cheap and eco-friendly. Plus, you can finally put that big mug to use and personalize your pizza (bacon and bleu cheese is always a good choice). Whether you’re going the classic Italian route or going more experimental, be sure to snap a pic of your creation, post it on Facebook or Instagram and #SpoonFeed so that we can feature your works of art.

Because some of the measurements are super small (i.e. baking soda, salt, baking powder) you can make your job much easier in the future by mixing up a large batch of the dry ingredients. That way all you need to do is spoon out a teaspoon of the mixture and always have some extra on deck when your fiendin’.

For the ultimate Netflix snack, watch the video below or read the recipe to get the deets.
