Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice each strip of bacon in half.
In a bowl, add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix together.
Dip each slice of bacon into the mixture until it is well-coated.
Twist the strips of bacon, then place onto a pan covered in aluminum foil.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool to harden for a crispy snack, or serve immediately for a warm and sugary treat.
